Gold Creek Pond Engagement // Mary + Ben

Is it February yet? Okay, I’m definitely not wishing away a Washington summer butttttt I cannot wait to hear all about their incredible Jamaican wedding! While I SO wish I could have been there in person to document it, the zika zones have been killing my travel plans this year. So while I won’t be there to snap their incredible wedding day, we had so much fun documenting Mary and Ben’s love story at their Seattle engagement session at Gold Creek Pond. Talk about a dream night in the mountains!

I absolutely loved adventuring around Gold Creek Pond with these two and hearing more about how it all started…on a little app called Tinder! Their first date was at Farelli’s and the rest is history. I can honestly say I have never met two people that just seem to fit. The way they look at each other and throw their heads back in full on laughter – it just melts my heart! I think Tinder matched these two perfectly. That saying, “a picture is worth a thousand words,” rings so true for these two. And that’s why I say photography is truly an art – it brings to life what words sometimes cannot convey. Pure magic!
