Sara + Tomas Maternity Session

I was so excited when our close friends Sara and Tomas told us they were having another baby! These two and little Zoe (and soon to be baby) are our chosen family and we simply adore them. Luckily my job as a Seattle Maternity Photographer also allows me to travel! I knew I had to document these memories for them, so I hopped on a plane with Matt and we left to spend the week exploring with our friends in Cincinnati. As soon as we got to Ohio poor Zoe came down with a bug and was just barely able to get through the photoshoot (you would never know she wasn’t feeling her best, she was such a trooper)! My husband and I so wish we lived closer and we have missed them so much since they moved back home so this little “work trip” was such a win, win! 

So glad I got to spend this beautiful sunset playing with them by the lake, soaking up the light, and laughing entirely too much. We love you guys and we already can’t wait for all of our future adventures!!

ps – Sara’s fern tattoo is seriously one of my all-time favorite tattoos. It looks amazing in person and in photographs and I’m all heart-eyes for it.

Does it get any better than that? Her smile and personality are contagious!
